• В прошло Году понравилось в 2013 а в 2014 году это капец полный! Отель не плохой ну самое что там есть это спа центр! Администрация ужасная. работать не умеют. дозвонится к ним перед тем как забронировать тяжело. около 5 дней звонил. 1) Номера..как заселились с балконов дует и номера грязные,в номере страшно накурино было ! переселили в другой номер там тоже грязный номер но хоть не так дула и воняла как в предыдущем но тоже на коврике было пятно кто то вырвал вином и оно не отмывается как они сказали ну вообще жесть! Вода горячая то есть то нет!Полы с подогревом в ванной они вкл. аж на 3 ий день и то мы узнали у людей что они должны быть и звонили просили чтоб включили нам! Халаты кому нормальные дают а кому старые вообще. Корпус Проминат. 2) В столовой салфетки и вилки менять не успевают ,садишься за грязный стол.Но самое что убило нас то что когда нам сдавали номер никто ничего нам не сдал как положено вот просто заходите и все а потом по выезду начали предьевлять мол вы сьели шоколадку и выпили пиво а свое поставили мол платите. но это бред и пиво мы не пьем а там на лечении тем более. они друг на друга начали кидать вену .Охрана если ее можно так назвать там быканутая ну малолетки накрутившие себе что то! Вообщем не хватает порядка там и директора на месте так как пожалуваться не кому на месте!Им повезло что мы спешили на поезд.19.02.14
