  Особливістю зимового санаторно-курортного лікування в санаторії «Кристал» є те, що бажано поселятись в номери, вікна яких виходять на бювет, оскільки з протилежного боку дують сильні вітри. Крім того, особливістю існуючої там опалювальної системи є те, що на верхніх поверхах значно тепліше, тому бажано вибирати від 11 до 6 поверху, на нижчих поверхах при сильних морозах буде досить прохолодно. Слід також враховувати, що зима в Трускавці – це період загострення гострих респіраторних вірусних захворювань. Тому, якщо вас поселили в номер, де вже хтось мешкає, бажано відразу з’ясувати стан його здоров’я і за потреби вимагати інший номер. В противному разі наражаєтесь на небезпеку захворіти через декілька днів та зіпсувати собі відпочинок. На мій погляд було б правильно поселяти новачків окремо від старожилів. Адже за моїми спостереженнями кожен третій старожил кашляє або чихає.
  Якщо у вас бюджетна путівка класу «економ», ви маєте можливість доплативши на реєстратурі (23 грн. за добу) перейти номер «стандарт» з холодильником. Розповідали, що це питання вирішується в тій же реєстратурі в приватному порядку значно дешевше. Крім того, що там будуть можливо трохи менш убогі меблі, вікна там ліпше заклеєні, оскільки немає потреби відчиняти двері на балкон задля зберігання там продуктів харчування. А докуповувати харчі («Фуршет» та продуктові крамнички недалеко) однозначно доведеться, оскільки харчування… ну дуже дієтичне, навіть тушкована риба зникла з меню. Офіціанти говорили, що санаторій продукти закуповує за свої власні кошти, оскільки Кабмін з ними не розрахувався ще за минулий рік. За період правління ригіоналів ЗАТ «Трускавецькурорт» став ПрАТ «Трускавецькурорт» і подейкують, що його фактичним власником є Бойко, дехто називає інші прізвища. Але те, що власники викачують з нього всі кошти, нічого не вкладаючи в розвиток – видно одразу.
  Є позитив в тому, що існує критий перехід до курортної поліклініки та бальнеозокеритлікарні. Призначення лікаря на процедури оформляє реєстратор на першому поверсі санаторію, в реєстратурі поліклініки доведеться згідно черги оформляти лише додаткові процедури . До бювету менше ста метрів, що немаловажно взимку. І ще: постіль мені поміняли на 10-й день після нагадування, хоча бачив оголошення про платну заміну. А взагалі, персонал переважно привітний і ввічливий, хоча більшість із них переведено на неповні ставки посадового окладу. Правда, від одного молодого охоронника можна було почути запах алкоголю і навколо нього збирались в робочий час його друзі.

• отдыхаю в Кристалле уже 2 года, езжу через вам тревел. нравится все, а именно питание шведский стол, а также диетичские меню, еды много, очень приветливый и професиональный персонал, лечение хорошее. Я жила в прошлом году в номере полулюкс, а в этом в люксе. В двоих номерах чисто, есть кабельное телевидение, холодильник. отдельное спасибо менеджеру компании вам тревел Ирине за помощь в поселении именно в Кристал.Никогда не изменю Вам тревел!!!23.05.13
