- Отличный персонал, процедуры, спа, конечно великолепен. Вода, чистый воздух, все прекрасно. Фонд номеров несколько обветшал, но в целом, все ОК. Девушки на ресепшн доброжелательные, решают все возникающие вопросы. Отдельная благодарность за великолепную организация детских мероприятий, детской комнаты и за классическую музыку по вечерам в холле. Спасибо, вернемся к Вам обязательно!19.06.13

- Незабываемый отдых! Море впечатлений и положительных эмоций! Если цены не смущают, советую Royal Grand! Шикарные номера, внимательный и приветливый персонал, ну, конечно же, восхитительная кухня (теперь надо сбрасывать лишние кг)! Ездили в «низкий сезон» (март) и в этом есть «+»: -25%; меньше людей и бассейны почти свободны…
Относительно комнаты, то было даже очень жарко, приходилось на целый день оставлять открытым окно даже при -8 за на улице. Убирали регулярно.
Маленький совет: не ленитесь ходить в Центральный бювет
Если вспоминать о недостатках, то здесь скорее надо говорить о некоторых посетителях, чем об R.G.H. Были индивиды, которые ставили машины перед самым входом в отель так, что невозможно было пройти, хотя есть охраняемая парковка; родители, которые не обращали на своих детей внимания и те носились по этажах и столовой…
А вообще-то, все круто! Не пожалеете! Отдельное спасибо менеджерам "Вам Тревел" !24.05.13
